Amanda has 17 years’ experience in the legal and banking sectors, with Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy (executing debt repackaging and securitisation programmes) and subsequently as in-house counsel with Merrill Lynch and ING Bank.
Her in-house experience – directly on the trading floor implementing structured finance transactions including debt repackaging structures, credit and equity linked notes and advising on derivative products together with stock lending/ borrowing documentation – provides a wealth of hands-on experience with both vanilla programmes and hybrid products.
She brings to Clearpoint the twin benefits of top level legal knowledge and extensive commercial experience, thereby ensuring transactions meet both their timeframe and commercial intention.
