An experienced finance professional, David specialises in scaling SMEs from start-up to series A fundraising and beyond.
Since 2007 David has operated as an insourced Finance Director and NED, adding knowledge and experience to senior management teams as they grow and expand. He has several FCA regulated clients, and takes responsibility for all areas of their finance function including internal controls, group reporting, tax, audit and FCA compliance.
David qualified as a chartered accountant (CA ANZ) with KPMG, and was admitted to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of New Zealand in the same year (1997).
